Loyalty Policy

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Mayorga’s Loyalty Program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation in our loyalty program. By enrolling in and using our loyalty program, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Eligibility

We encourage all of our online/retail customers to take advantage of this program. This program does not apply for wholesale accounts. 

  1. Enrollment 

Customers can enroll in the loyalty program by creating a customer account. If you already have an account, you have been automatically enrolled. 

  1. Earning Points

Customers can earn loyalty points by making purchases, referring friends, and engaging with social media. 

Gift cards: points can not be earned for purchases made with gift cards

Points expire exactly one year after being earned. 

Customers must be logged into their customer account in order to receive points on their order. 

Tier status will remain for a full calendar year. Tier status’ do not automatically renew. A 12-month timer is activated once a customer enters a tier. Only actions from the past 12 months will be counted toward tier eligibility. 

Points will not be awarded to past purchases before account creation, before the launch of this loyalty program on 2/1/2024, or purchases made outside of Mayorgacoffee.com. We reserve the right to adjust the earning structure at any time. 

  1. Redeeming Points 

Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts. The redemption process may vary, and redemption options are subject to change. Points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Program Changes

Mayorga Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email. Points accrued before any program changes will be honored for a reasonable period.

  1. Privacy and Data Security

Participation in the rewards program requires the collection of personal information. Mayorga Coffee is committed to protecting customer privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

  1. Termination of Participation

Mayorga Coffee reserves the right to terminate a participant's membership in the rewards or referral program if there is evidence of misuse or violation of the program terms.
