Who receives the emails — me or the recipient?

You, as the gifter, will receive all confirmation, renewal, and shipping emails.

The recipient will not receive any pricing information or email notifications.

Will the recipient see pricing?

No. Packages only include a packing slip that lists the items — no pricing details.

Only you will receive the confirmation email with order and pricing info.

Where do I add the recipient’s address?

You’ll enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout when you place the gift order.

Can I choose or change the delivery date?

Yes! You can adjust, skip, pause, or cancel your delivery dates anytime through your subscription portal.

Can I change the recipient’s address later on?

Absolutely. You can update the shipping address at any time through your subscription portal.

Can the recipient manage their own coffee preferences?

No. Since this is a gift subscription, only the gifter can edit the coffee selection, grind size, or upcoming orders.

Gift subscriptions are not transferable to the recipient, but the recipient is welcome to start their own subscription on our website if they’d like ongoing control.

Will the subscription renew automatically?

Recurring subscriptions: Yes, they will continue to renew until you cancel.


Prepaid subscriptions: They will run through the prepaid period. In your portal, you can choose whether you want it to auto-renew or not.

What’s the difference between a Recurring Subscription and a Prepaid Subscription?

Recurring Subscription

  • You’re billed per delivery
  • You can pause, skip, change, or cancel anytime
  • Best if you want full flexibility

Prepaid Subscription

  • You pay upfront for 3, 6, or 9 deliveries
  • No charges per shipment
  • Best for gifting when you want a set number of deliveries with no ongoing billing

Can I add a gift note?

Yes — you can add a gift note to the first order. Notes cannot be added to recurring shipments.

I already have a subscription. Will this affect my existing one?

Not at all. Your gift subscription will simply appear alongside your other subscriptions in your subscription manager. They remain completely separate.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

To access your subscription:

1. Log into your account here. You’ll receive a login code via text or email as a one-time password.

2. Once logged in, click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page.

3. Here, you will find your subscription portal. You can modify, skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel your subscription on this page.
