Why These Coffees Are Customer Favorites

The best selling coffee beans on this page earn their place through repeat orders and honest reviews. Every one is USDA organic, direct trade, and slow roasted using our signature Latin method. That combination is harder to find than most people realize.

Best-Selling Coffee Roast Profiles and Flavor Notes

Cubano Roast is our most recognized best seller coffee. Dark roast. Full body with hints of vanilla, syrupy smokiness, and a smooth bold finish. Sourced from partner farms in Peru, Honduras, and Nicaragua, it is roasted in the Cuban style that Martin Mayorga grew up around, first in Nicaragua and later in Miami’s Little Havana. Versatile for drip and espresso.

Artesano Blend is our best seller coffee for customers who want something in the medium range, and one of our most consistent best selling coffee beans across all roast preferences. Tasting notes of chocolate, medium depth, and a bright, clean finish. A crowd pleaser that works at any time of day.

Buenos Días rounds out the trio as our light roast option. Bright, balanced, and full of citrus character, with notes of passion fruit and orange and a sweet smooth finish. Sourced from organic farms in Honduras and Colombia, it is the coffee for people who want something vibrant in the morning without heaviness.

How to choose the Right Best-Selling Coffee for Your Taste

If you drink your coffee black and want something bold, start with Cubano Roast. It is the best selling coffee for dark roast drinkers for a reason, and our top best seller coffee overall. Full body, low acidity, no sharpness.

If you want something in the middle, Artesano is the move. Enough complexity to be interesting, enough balance to be an everyday coffee.

If you want something bright and fruit-forward, Buenos Días is the light roast in the lineup. Citrusy, sweet, and easy to drink. When in doubt, the sample pack lets you try across roast levels before committing to a full bag.

Best Brewing Methods for Mayorga’s Most Popular Coffees

All three coffees work across brewing methods. Drip, pour-over, French press, espresso, and cold brew are all fair game depending on your setup and taste preference.

Cubano Roast is a natural for espresso given its bold full body, but it also pulls beautifully as drip or French press. If you want a strong cold brew with depth, this one delivers that too.

Artesano Blend is one of the most flexible best seller coffee options in the lineup. Its chocolate and nutty notes come through in any method, from casual drip to a slow pour-over to a cold brew steep.

Buenos Días works well across all methods too. Pour-over tends to highlight the citrus and fruit notes best, but drip, French press, and even cold brew bring out its sweetness in different ways. Use water between 195F and 200F to keep the brightness intact.
