WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Shipping rates are determined by the carrier depending on weight and delivery speed. We offer the following options at checkout:
Free Shipping for orders over $45
Flat Rate orders under $45
USPS Priority Mail
*Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses only ship via USPS
** Free Shipping and flat rate options are only available within contiguous United States & APO/FPO addresses.
WHAT ABOUT OVERNIGHT SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Expedited shipping options are available for additional fees and can be selected during the checkout process. Free shipping rates do not apply to expedited services. Please note that when purchasing expedited shipping that applies to the shipping speed estimated by the carrier and does not refer to expediting the fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within two business days regardless of the shipping option selected.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We typically ship orders within two business days after you purchase (holidays may affect fulfillment times). If you order on a Friday, please note that we do not ship on weekends. Shipping speeds estimated by carriers do not change fulfillment times.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $40?
We offer free shipping via FedEx Ground on orders over $40. This offer is only available for addresses within the continental U.S., and depending on location, it may take up to 1-14 business days to arrive. Orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS.
Addresses to outlying US states and territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands) are not eligible for free (or flat-rate) shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet but we are working on it!
WHAT IF I LIVE IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO OR OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES?
We ship to any U.S. State or Territory, including Puerto Rico. We also ship FPO/AP.
CAN I SPLIT MY SHIPMENT IN DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
We are not able to split orders between addresses.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER TO KNOW WHERE IT IS IN TRANSIT?
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled. It may take up to 12 hours to see movement on the tracking number depending on the carrier.
