    Recurring Subscription – you’ll be charged per delivery and can pause or cancel anytime, or

    Prepaid Subscription – pay upfront for 3, 6, or 12 deliveries

    Their delivery schedule and add your recipient’s address — we’ll handle the rest.

  • Customize

    You’ll keep full control from your subscription account — update addresses, skip shipments, or add a little extra surprise whenever you want.

  • Relax

    We’ll roast, pack, and ship each delivery directly to their door — freshly roasted and right on time, on your behalf.

Who receives the emails — me or the recipient?

You, as the gifter, will receive all confirmation, renewal, and shipping emails.

The recipient will not receive any pricing information or email notifications.

Can I choose or change the delivery date?

Yes! You can adjust, skip, pause, or cancel your delivery dates anytime through your subscription portal.

Can I change the recipient’s address later on?

Absolutely. You can update the shipping address at any time through your subscription portal.

Can the recipient manage their own coffee preferences?

No. Since this is a gift subscription, only the gifter can edit the coffee selection, grind size, or upcoming orders.

Gift subscriptions are not transferable to the recipient, but the recipient is welcome to start their own subscription on our website if they’d like ongoing control.

Will the subscription renew automatically?

Recurring subscriptions: Yes, they will continue to renew until you cancel.


Prepaid subscriptions: They will run through the prepaid period. In your portal, you can choose whether you want it to auto-renew or not.

I already have a subscription. Will this affect my existing one?

Not at all. Your gift subscription will simply appear alongside your other subscriptions in your subscription manager. They remain completely separate.

Where do I add the recipient’s address?

You’ll enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout when you place the gift order.

Will the recipient see pricing?

No. Packages only include a packing slip that lists the items — no pricing details.

Only you will receive the confirmation email with order and pricing info.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes — you can add a gift note to the first order. Notes cannot be added to recurring shipments.
