Description

Mayorga’s Brightest, Most Vibrant Roast

Our Buenos Días coffee is a bright, balanced light roast with a clean, light-bodied cup featuring citrus notes of passion fruit and a smooth, naturally sweet finish.

Tasting Notes: Sweet / Bright / Passion Fruit

Inspired by pre-sunrise walks through coffee farms across Latin America, our signature Latin slow-roasting process brings together organic coffees from our regenerative partner farms in Honduras and Colombia. The result is a vibrant, approachable light roast with balanced acidity and a smooth finish.

Our coffee is third-party tested for mold and mycotoxins. Find the latest report for Buenos Dias here.

Meet the Farmers Behind Mayan Blend

    Capucas

    Honduras

Founded in 1999 by José Omar Rodríguez Interiano, Capucas began with 54 producers working together to create better opportunities for their community. What started in José's home without electricity, warehouses, or drying patios has grown into a thriving cooperative of more than 800 producers. Through women-led initiatives, investments in processing and education, and innovative solutions to challenges like coffee leaf rust, Capucas continues to strengthen both its coffee and its community.

    Finca Santa María

    Colombia

Colombia is one of the world’s most iconic coffee origins, and Finca Santa María brings that legacy to life through a distinctly women-led approach. Located in the Santander region, the farm is owned and operated by Mildred Muñoz alongside women from the Aratoca community. From caring for the soil to pruning, harvesting, and processing, women are present at every step, producing exceptional organic coffee.
