It's an oily bean, but has a wonderful flavour...full bodied with delightful follow up. Not bitter at all.

Mayorga is my favorite roaster. This decaf is perfect for a nightcap.

Great coffee. I started intermittent fasting and wanted a smooth coffee that I cold drink with no sugar or creamer. This light roast is perfect. I always used a medium roast because I thought the flavor was the best but I did add creamer and sugar to it. But now that I know I can have coffee with no sugar and still enjoy it, I will continue to buy light roast. I really like this brand and would buy again.

Bought this set to use while friends were visiting from out of town. They liked trying the different coffees and thought all were excellent. They loved the Winter Blend.

The Winter Blend is my favorite Mayorga coffee! I tried it for the first time last fall and was hooked. I fall back on my old stand-bys of Muy Macho and Cafe Cubano during the rest of the year while I patiently wait for another season of Winter Blend.

This is the absolute best coffee available. Rich, smooth, with no bitterness.

Deep, dark, and delicious! Good in the evening or with desserts.

I look forward to the "launch" of Mayorga Winter Blend every fall. I missed the spring 2025 deadline to stock up for the off-season, and it seemed like forever. This blend is rich, bold, and oily; it has amazing mouth-feel. A cup is like drinking a dessert without the calories.
