Nicaragua 25 de Marzo

From my first taste ofNicaragua La Carola, is our favorite morning coffee. As an organic medium roast, it is full-bodied but not heavy. In a situation where everybody wins, we are lucky to have the Mayorga factory only a couple miles down the road and we’re also subscribers and delighted to support a woman-owned coffee grower company in Nicaragua. The coffee is a suitable replacement for Espresso Suave.

Had always gotten the dark roast. Decided to try the medium roast with notes of chocolate and caramel. Absolutely delicious!! Plus I always drink ice coffee, never hot coffee even in the winter!! This medium roast is so scrumptious!!! Everyone should try this blend!!

Ehh cant get flavor right

Just wanted to try something different for a change of pace. My usual is Cafe Cubano.

Not my favorite. I love the Cuban but this was a little boring.

The Nicaragua 25 de Marzo is our all-time favorite coffee. We've been sipping Nicaraguan coffee for over 25 years now and ever since our local coop distributor quit carrying the whole beans from the Latin American country several years ago, we were fortunate to discover the Mayorga people's source. The coffee tasted okay..

It's a bit bitter for me, my favorite it your winter blend but you don't have that available on subscription I know why. Also I couldn't find your Columbia blend medium roast in 5 pound drip grind.

Delicious coffee. One that i keep coming back to. Love the Nicaraguian and Brazilian beans. Hands down recommended.

After receiving some recommendations directly from Mayorga on beans to use in my DeLonghi Magnifica Evo, I tried all 3 recs and landed on Nicaragua 25 de Marzo. I was looking for a robust yet non-oily bean and this one is perfect! I love the balance between the strong taste of the espresso with the smooth caramel undertone. It is not acidic, not bitter, it is perfect. I have now subscribed to this whole bean so that I am never without!
