Sourced from Finca Santa María in Colombia's Santander Department, this organically grown Specialty Grade coffee benefits from a unique microclimate shaped by the nearby Chicamocha Canyon. Led by Mildred Muñoz, the women-owned and women-operated cooperative brings together women from the Aratoca community, using regenerative farming practices to produce exceptional coffee while creating meaningful opportunities for local families.
