Single Origin Honduras Capucas

Capucas is our inspiring co-op partner in Honduras for over 12 years. Employing a large community, the co-op implements next-level regenerative farming practices and builds essential infrastructure like a school for local families. We expertly roast their fine, organic Specialty Grade coffee beans in our Rockville roastery to a delicious medium roast with notes of maple, chocolate, and plum.

Tasting Notes: Maple/Chocolate/Plum

Our Organic Honduras Capucas features a medium body with undertones of maple and honeysuckle, notes of sweet chocolate and nuts, with a bright, balanced citric acidity and abundant fruit flavors of peach and ripe plum.
