The coffee tastes good, but I have to admit it is a bit darker than what I was expecting for a medium roast. In fact, it would probably fall more into a medium dark roast, which is something I typically don’t drink, but the flavor was still good.
In our home, we use Cubano Roast and Honduras Capucas as the dark and middle roast coffees respectively. Honduras Capucas is lively and smooth. Its quality is worth the price.
We’ve been ordering the Honduras Capucas for over two years and have desire to change! Pure delight every morning! Full bodied, never bitter pure flavor!

Only one thing lacking…Iceeally like that feature on some coffees that allows the air to be squeezed out through a small plastic valve, which they tell me keeps the coffee fresher.
