Live Healthier With Organic Coffee

Good news for all coffee lovers out there! According to a new study daily morning coffee drinking habits show evidence to reduce the risk of heart disease and boost life longevity.

The study published in the European Heart Journal and conducted by Tulane University analyzed dietary and health data from 40,000 U.S. adults collected via the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey between 1999 and 2018.

“Research so far suggests that drinking coffee doesn’t raise the risk of cardiovascular disease, and it seems to lower the risk of some chronic diseases, such as diabetes,” – lead author Dr. Lu Qi, HCA Regents Distinguished Chair and professor at Tulane University. 

"Compared with people who did not drink coffee, morning coffee drinkers were 16% less likely to die of any cause and 31% less likely to die of cardiovascular disease." – Tulane University. Interestingly, the study shows evidence for this result regardless of the number of cups, and whether the coffee consumed was decaffeinated.
